Paris Football Club, abbreviated to Paris FC, is a French football club founded in 1972 in Paris.
The club was born from an initiative of the French Football Federation (FFF) aimed at recreating a professional Parisian club after the successive abandonments of professionalism of three historic clubs in the city in the 1960s (Cercle Athlétique de Paris in 1963, Racing Club de France in 1966 and Stade Français in 1968).
