CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. By simply placing an order with us, the customer accepts our conditions and waives the right to rely on his own.

2. Failure by the customer to fulfill the obligations arising from the order automatically suspends the execution of ours.

3. All our invoices are payable in Arras, in cash, net, without discount, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.

4. Receipt of goods: it is the customer's responsibility to check the delivered goods at the time of delivery.

If the shipment is made via a carrier, comments and disputes must be addressed directly to the carrier, the latter being responsible for the transport part.

5. Our invoices are deemed definitively accepted in the absence of dispute within eight days of the invoice date.

6. Any delay in payment of the invoice automatically results in the application of interest of 1% per month from the date of the invoice.

In addition, compensation will be due automatically and without formal notice, as damages and interest, without prejudice to other compensation if applicable, the amount of which will be 15% of the total amount of sums due, with a minimum of 150 euros.

7. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Arras will have jurisdiction.

8. In the event of use of a drawing, photograph, reproduction, etc., the client releases imagesdartsites.com from any responsibility regarding reproduction rights. The customer is deemed to have assumed the rights of use and reproduction, we limit ourselves to the completion of the order.
