Our conditions are valid for 30 days. We will only be able to guarantee you a refund or a possible exchange during the 30 days following your purchase.
In order to benefit from the return conditions, your item must be in its original condition and kept in its packaging. Some items do not benefit from this return policy, for example items personalized for you or gift cards.
In order to be able to proceed with the reimbursement, please send us a copy of your proof of purchase. Any item showing signs of use will not qualify for this warranty.
Refund
