Neptune Fountain

The Pont-de-Cité fountain or Neptune fountain is a fountain located in Arras, Place Pont-de-Cité, at the corner of Rue du 29-July and Rue Saint-Aubert. It has been listed as a historic monument since 1988.
The Neptune fountain was called “Terrée-de-Cité” because it was pierced on the site of the old ramparts of the City. Erected in 1864-1865 on Place du Pont-de-Cité, it is the work of François Constant Auguste Bourgois , born in Arras on 29 Brumaire year
