King Kong

An unemployed extra, blonde Ann Darrow is hired by director Carl Denham to star in his next film. The Venture , the ship commanded by Captain Englehorn and which includes the entire team, reaches Skull Island, a mysterious island where a legendary creature revered by the natives called King Kong lives.

During the trip, Ann falls in love with John Driscoll, the ship's first mate. Once disembarked, the explorers were immediately spotted by the natives and turned back. But the latter kidnap Ann, the "woman with golden hair", and tie her up to offer her as a sacrifice to King Kong.

When her companions arrive to rescue her, a gigantic monkey seizes the young girl and disappears into the forest. Denham and his men then set off in pursuit of King Kong.
